Clinic automation, shaped around physiotherapy

Your clinic
should run
as well as you treat.

Physio connects planning, scheduling, patient follow-through, and clinician-directed support around the workflow you already trust.

More patient capacity

Reclaim clinical time for care that drives outcomes and growth.

Less front-desk pressure

Automate the busywork that drains your team every day.

Earlier dropout signals

Spot at-risk patients sooner and keep more people on track.

The problem

Four quiet leaks. One connected system.

Independent physiotherapists lose hours to manual work, missed follow-ups, and disconnected tools. Physio closes those gaps—without changing how you deliver care.

01

Clinical thinking gets repeated

Intake history, assessment context, and prior patterns live in different places. Physio prepares clinician-directed suggestions so your PT reviews instead of rebuilding the picture.

20–30 minutes per new patient
02

Plans start from a blank page

Protocols, exercise choices, and phase decisions can become a repeatable starting point—while the therapist keeps final clinical control.

Another 20–30 minutes saved
03

The phone interrupts treatment

A clinic-trained voice agent can answer common questions, book, reschedule, and confirm appointments without pulling a therapist away from care.

Up to 2–3 admin hours a day
04

Dropout appears too late

Daily adherence and pain signals make slipping patients visible before the missed appointment—not weeks after motivation disappears.

The connected system

Built around care. Configured around your clinic.

Physio is a working system, not a custom build from zero: a dependable core, tailored integrations, and optional modules where your workflow needs more.

Clinician support

Assessment context, prepared—not prescribed.

Physio organizes history and patterns into a reviewable starting point. The physiotherapist confirms, changes, or rejects every clinical suggestion.

Treatment planning

Protocols become a head start.

Reusable pathways can pre-populate phases and exercise options so each plan begins with context instead of an empty screen.

Voice scheduling

Every call gets a calm answer.

A 24/7 clinic-trained agent handles booking, rescheduling, confirmations, and routine questions with clear escalation rules. It never gives clinical advice—and anything urgent goes straight to your team.

Patient follow-through

See the recovery between visits.

Exercise completion, pain trends, and check-ins surface the patients who need attention while there is still time to help.

See Physio

The therapist stays in the chair that matters.

Three screens carry most of the value. Here is what your team actually sees.

01 · Clinician review queue

Every clinical suggestion arrives as a draft. The therapist approves, edits, or rejects—nothing reaches a patient without a clinician’s decision.

02 · Voice-agent call log

The voice agent books, reschedules, and confirms. Anything outside its rules is escalated to your team with a full transcript.

One clinic, measured honestly

Measure the clinic before. Then measure what changed.

The clinic asked not to be named publicly; we share their numbers with permission and can discuss the details in a call. Your results will depend on your clinic, starting point, and implementation.

Your patients’ data

Patient data, treated like patient care.

Scheduling calls, adherence check-ins, pain trends—Physio touches real patient information. So the system is built around one rule: your clinic owns the data, and nothing moves without protection.

Encrypted end to end

All patient data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Voice recordings and transcripts follow the same rule—no exceptions for convenience.

Your clinic owns it

Data belongs to the clinic, not to us. Access is limited to what each workflow needs, and every access is logged and reviewable.

HIPAA, before go-live

For US clinics, we sign a Business Associate Agreement before any patient data flows. Compliance is a precondition of go-live, not an afterthought.

UK & EU ready

For UK and European clinics, we operate under a GDPR data-processing agreement, with data residency options discussed during the audit.

From audit to impact

A clear path to a calmer clinic.

Questions, answered

Enough clarity to decide the next step.

If your clinic is unusual, that is useful—not a blocker. The first conversation is designed to understand where a standard module fits and where tailoring matters.

Will Physio replace our current clinic software?

No. Physio can work alongside your existing EMR, scheduling, billing, and communication tools. We connect and automate the missing workflows instead of forcing a rip-and-replace migration.

Is Physio an autonomous diagnosis tool?

No. Physio is designed for clinician-directed support. Your physiotherapists review and approve clinical suggestions, plans, and patient interventions.

How quickly can a clinic go live?

A typical engagement starts with a workflow audit, moves into configuration and integration, and targets an initial go-live in around five weeks. Timing depends on your systems and requirements.

Can you support both cash-based and insurance-based clinics?

Yes. The automation layer is tailored to your operating model. Existing insurance billing can remain in your current system while Physio handles the surrounding clinical and administrative workflows.

Is Physio HIPAA compliant?

Physio is designed to operate within HIPAA requirements. For US clinics we execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) before any patient data is processed, and the workflow audit includes a review of your compliance requirements. UK and EU clinics are covered by a GDPR data-processing agreement.

Where is our data stored, and who can see it?

Patient data is encrypted in transit and at rest and stored with our cloud provider in your agreed region. Your clinic retains ownership. Code Huddle engineers access data only for configured workflows and support, and that access is logged.

What happens when a call is beyond the voice agent?

The agent handles scheduling and routine questions only—it never gives clinical advice. If a caller mentions new symptoms, worsening pain, or anything urgent, the call is escalated to your team immediately, with a full transcript, following rules you define during setup. Emergency language triggers a scripted response directing the caller to local emergency services and notifies your clinic at once. You can review every escalation rule and every call log.

What does Physio cost?

Every engagement starts with a workflow audit. You receive exact fixed pricing after the audit and before any build, so there is no open-ended billing.

Who’s behind Physio

Engineers who stay out of clinical decisions—on purpose.

I run Code Huddle, an engineering team of around thirty that has spent eight years building healthcare and fitness platforms—including three years as the full product team behind a California fitness startup, from iOS and Android apps to the web and admin systems behind them.

We built Physio after watching skilled clinicians lose hours every day to work that software should have absorbed. We are engineers, not clinicians. That is exactly why every clinical decision in Physio stays with your therapist—and why every engagement starts by learning your clinic before proposing anything.
